Directions for dropping off yard waste

When you enter the yard waste site, follow the drive to your right (counterclockwise) to the staff office. Stop there to allow the staff to examine your load and provide you with a receipt for any fees collected for materials you are dropping off or compost you are purchasing (we do not accept credit cards.) They will direct you to the appropriate location to deposit your yard waste and/or load compost.

Food Waste Drop site

Food waste from area schools, grocery stores, restaurants, and residents is also composted at this site. Learn more about the WLSSD Organics Composting Facility. Residents and small businesses can also bring their food waste to local food waste drop sites - it's free, and there is a drop site located at the yard waste site!
